Why reading and listening together works చదువు, విను — కలిసి

Most of us learned our first language by hearing it long before we read it. Reading-and-listening recreates that: you see a word and hear it in the same instant, so the shape and the sound get stored together.

That's why every story on this site highlights each word exactly as it's spoken, and lets you tap a single word to replay it. Slow it down when a word is tricky; speed it up as you get comfortable.

Don't chase perfection on the first pass. Listen once for the music of the sentence, a second time following the highlight, and a third time saying it along. Three light passes beat one anxious one.
